SMS Terms of Service

Wrapros Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers mobile messaging programs (SMS/MMS) that allow you to receive recurring automated text messages related to our products, services, promotions, order updates, reminders, and other communications (the “Program”).

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive messages (via web form, keyword, checkout, or other method), you expressly agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms of Service (“Messaging Terms”). These Messaging Terms form a binding agreement between you and Wrapros Inc.

1. Program Description You agree to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) from Wrapros Inc., including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. These may include promotions, discounts, product updates, cart reminders, order confirmations, shipping notifications, appointment reminders, and other marketing or transactional content. Message frequency varies (e.g., several messages per month, depending on your interactions and our campaigns). Not all carriers support all features (e.g., MMS).

2. Consent and Opt-In Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and are 18+ years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3. How to Opt Out (Cancellation) You may revoke consent and stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT to any message from us. You will receive a confirmation message verifying your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages (except for a single confirmation text in some cases). 5. Message & Data Rates Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or from us, per your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for our messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply. Check with your carrier for details. We are not responsible for any charges you incur.

6. Supported Carriers Participating carriers include (but are not limited to) major U.S. carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Not all carriers or devices support all features. Delivery is not guaranteed.

7. Changes to the Program We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (or any part) at any time without notice. We may update these Messaging Terms; continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

Limitations of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrapros Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Program, including (but not limited to) failed deliveries, carrier issues, or unauthorized use of your number. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Messaging Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflict of laws principles). Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, California, or small claims court, except where prohibited by law.
